This hotel was the absolute best! It was centrally located so everything was a short walk, but thankfully on a quiet side street that made for quiet sleep . Rooms were very clean and well appointed. But, the most impressive aspect was the amazing staff! When I entered the lobby, I realized that I had left my purse in the cab, with my passport and wallet. Unfortunately, the cab sped away before I noticed this. The staff were outstanding! One called local cab companies and another very clever young woman was able to track down the driver on Facebook! I never would have thought of that. They spent an inordinate amount of time helping me in a very stressful situation and were able to track down the driver, and my purse was returned with nothing missing! They were all soooo nice about it and didn’t make me feel like a pest! The staff member the next day gave us great recommendations and was very helpful getting us a cab for the next leg of our trip.|There is a very comfortable library type room off of the library which provided us a nice place to relax. Can’t say enough about this amazing hotel.

Commençons par les points positifs : le personnel de l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner et l'emplacement. Le premier est d'une grande gentillesse et extrêmement serviable. Tout le monde a fait le maximum pour qu'on se sente bien et ça a été le cas. Le second est copieux, varié, majoritairement fait maison et vraiment très très bon. Le troisième est idéal : dans le centre-ville, à deux pas des plages et des restaurants, et facilement accessible en transports en commun depuis la gare ou l'aéroport.
Le gros point négatif maintenant : notre chambre. Très petite au point qu'il était compliqué d'y poser nos valises puis d'y circuler à deux. Mal insonorisée : on entendait le voisin du dessus marcher comme si on logeait sous un éléphant; et comme on était juste au-dessus de l'entrée, on avait le moteur des camionnettes qui tournait pendant les livraisons tous les matins. Mais le plus étrange, c'était la salle de bain sans porte dans laquelle se trouvaient les toilettes avec une porte fine comme du papier à cigarette. Pour quelqu'un voyageant seul, pas de problème. Mais en couple, il faut avoir développé un certain degré d'intimité pour se sentir vraiment à
l'aise d'aller faire ses besoins. Et il y a aussi tous ces petits détails comme la bonde du lavabo qui était cassée ou la lampe de chevet col de cygne qui ne tenait pas. Vraiment pas le genre de chose qu'on attend d'un hôtel 4 étoiles à ce prix-là.

Excelente hotel en el centro de Biarritz a pocos minutos del paseo marítimo. La atención por parte del persona de recepción fue excelente, ya que nos informaron de lo más importante de Biarritz para visitar y como funcionaba el hotel (desayuno).||La habitación, amplia, con baño de 10. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. De hecho la cama era enorme. El descanso muy bueno. Respecto al desayuno, muy rico y completo. La próxima vez que volvamos a Biarritz, nos alojaremos con toda seguridad en el mismo hotel.

Muy acogedor y tranquilo, pocas habitaciones, muy bien situado. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tiene al lado un parking que el día cuesta 22€. El personal muy amable, habla castellano. Desayuno riquísimo, con gran variedad de postres caseros.

Precioso hotel situado en pleno centro de Biarritz pero en una calle tranquila.
Nos ha encantado todo: la situación, la tranquilidad, el interiorismo, el trato por parte del personal, la amplitud de la habitación, la insonorización, la limpieza, el desayuno, todo riquísimo y elaborado artesanal con productos de proximidad, la posibilidad de llevar a mis perritos...Cada detalle está cuidado y hecho con cariño. In a narrow one way street with a plain gray front, this hotel could easily be overlooked. But once inside it’s very different. The lady who welcomed us couldn’t have been more helpful, drawing instructions on a map of Biarritz to ensure we made the best use of our short visit. The room had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was simply amazing. Almost everything is homemade and there is an incredible array of traditional Basque dishes.

Séjour effectué du 28 au 31/12/23 avec notre petite chienne York. Personnel adorable, prévenant,souriant,aidant ! Chambre sobre, lit confortable, plateau de courtoisie. Sdb douche parfaite. Excellent emplacement(tout se fait à pieds=commerces, plages). Situé ds 1 rue en sens unique en centre ville mais calme incroyable. Petit déjeuner très complet, gâteaux maison délicieux. Les points faibles : très très chaud ds la chambre malgré chauffage coupé, pas de parking privé, obligeant de déposer en catastrophe les bagages avec les voitures qui arrivent(cependant convention avec parking non lointain 11 €/jour). Horaire PDJ limite 10h, un peu tôt lorsque l'on est en congés. Salle PDJ cosy mais exiguë (3 tables de 2, 1 table mange debout pour 8, 2 tables pour 4 = certaines personnes étaient gênées de ne pas avoir l'intimité en couple pour Petit déjeuner puisque potentialité de se retrouver côté à côté avec d'autres

A cute and clean and small hotel (I think 15 rooms) on a quiet side street but still centrally located. Many things are just a minute or two walk away. The staff were friendly and during check-in explained how breakfast worked and if I wanted something in particular, she even gave me a map of the town with some places marked for me. I had a room at the back which was very quiet, clean, with a big comfortable bed. I slept very well. Highly recommend.

Voyage en couple, c’était super ! L’accueil est très chaleureux et de bon conseil. L’hôtel est agréable et plutôt intimiste, avec une jolie déco, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé ce qui était très appréciable.
L’emplacement est parfait, juste à côté du centre avec parking à 2min ou des places dans la rue.
Petit conseil, ne manquez pas le petit déjeuner.
