Excelente Hotel, excelente servicio, excelente ubicación, excelente atención. Hermosa habitación para 3 personas, con terraza, la atención en recepción fue genial, muy amables. La Terraza es muy bonita para comer y disfrutar del día. El hotel es céntrico y silencioso. Quedé encantada con todo. Volveremos seguro!

Excelente atencion, Muy comoda la habitacion, con terraza, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y la ropa de cama impecable y muy comoda. Nos gusto mucho y lo recomendamos. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, es silencioso. El jabon para bañarse olia excelente, lo cual me llamo la atencion, ya que generalmente otros hoteles usan jabones que no huelen tan bien como este. Nos encanto y pensamos volver si hay otra oportunidad. La recepcionista, tambien tenia muy buena disposicion para atendernos y ser paciente ya que nuestro frances no era del todo bueno. Tambien tenia conocimiento de español, y pudimos comprendernos perfectamente. Recomendado 100%. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan placentera!

Convenient location. That’s where it ends… Terrible arrogant customer service. « You are not my client, you booked on « B… », not on our website. Third floor no elevator. In-room phone doesn’t work, so no way to call the reception. Wifi information in room not updated, guests should probably guess how to make it work. The guest is always wrong… ||Not soundproof at all, street noise until midnight and later. No decoration. Cheap appliances and curtain rails, etc. Totally overpriced for this 10 sqm room. Sad place. Why did I book 3 nights here?
