On check in there were charged an amount equal to the stay and then, the next day, andministator asked to pay again, explaining that it was frozen for the safety of the room. We left three days ago and I'm still waiting for my money back. no one warned that they would withhold double the amount and on what basis. As a result, the vacation was ruined because we did not expect to spend so much and are still waiting for money. None of the employees solved the situation, they just stood there and repeated the same thing. I am working in a hotel industry and travelling a lot, but this is the first situation when I needed to pay twice

C’est simple, tout était parfait. L’accueil, le service, l’équipe, l’emplacement, le petit dej, la propreté, la literie, la déco. Rien à dire ! Bravo !!!!
