Good points: the gentleman on the bar/front desk was very friendly. The rooms are super clean (the housekeeping team must be great), the location is ideal, right across the street from the sea and surrounded by places to eat and drink||Not so good points: the room was TINY, and very overpriced for November. It looks like there hasn't been much investment in recent years. The lorry arrived at 4am to take away all the bottle from the bar which must wake everyone up. The windows have a mirror coating on them so people cant see in, but if you have the windows open, everyone can see right into your room, so no privacy for you.|The roof top bar did not have waiter service - but there were a lot of staff just standing around doing very little. It was a holiday weekend so we had to park a long way from the hotel, which was understandable, parking is 25 euros per day in the public car parks||Would we stay again: sorry no

Sevice déplorable au roof top on nous met tout au fond juste pour boire un verre. 3 ou 4 serveurs qui papotent et regardent leur portable ! un bon moment avant que l'on prenne notre commande ! le verre de ma fille arrive sale... ça continue a papoter je demande l'addition on me demande de me lever alors que je suis la table collée a la caisse ! Aucune formule de politesse de la part de la serveuse!

A beautiful location there's no doubt about that, but it became very obvious they would rather cater for locals than tourists. French speakers were repeatedly prioritised over tourists. That's their choice of course, and as was mine to leave.

Apéro sympa au coucher de soleil, belle vue … service pas très rapide et un peu débordé …quelques cacahuètes auraient été les bienvenues !

I can see why this place has mixed reviews.|We called in here five or six times, in a week.|We were on the beach for four days during our trip, so it was the perfect location for cocktails, or a glass of wine.|Most of the time, we had good service. We sometimes stayed for another drink, because it was so pleasant to sit and relax.|On two occasions, though, towards the end of our week, we strolled in and asked if the terrace bar were open. "NO!"|[Well, OK, we only asked..................] |I ventured to inquire: will it be open later, this evening? Before I'd finished my question - "NO!"|We're the first to understand that a long, busy season can exhaust staff. But we had been very good customers for most of the week - and were made to feel like a nuisance towards the end.|Location, and a great view of the sea isn't everything.
