Usually I don't like the "sharing concept", but when it's charcuterie, cheeses or grilled meats it is nice to pick from the same plate by everyone. Here it is definitely part of the charm of the entrées. The main dishes can of course be shared, but every guest can also choose their own portion and cut of meat (served with accompaniments).
Still in doubt: is it a wine bar with great meat, or a meat restaurant with a good wine list?
Tout simplement parfait du début à la fin... gérant super sympa, serveuse agréable...
Et la qualité...fin bref !!!!
