L'accueil est parfait, rien à dire,tout le monde est à l'écoute du client. Et que dire du repas,délicieux. Je recommande les ris de veau avec les morceaux de foie gras. Nous y reviendrons. A goûter leur rosé côtières de Nîmes,bien frais, un délice. Merci pour ce bon moment.

What began as a potentially stressful evening due to a missed train and a subsequent reservation shuffle transformed into one of the most memorable dining experiences we've ever had, thanks entirely to the extraordinary grace and flexibility of the GOXOKI team.

Having missed our original train to Bayonne, we found ourselves in a predicament, our eagerly anticipated dinner reservation hanging in the balance. A quick email to GOXOKI was met not with frustration, but with genuine understanding and a willingness to accommodate our now-hectic timeline. Their solution? To open their doors an hour before their stated opening time, allowing us to embark on the ambitious yet utterly enticing "Discovery Menu" and still make our later train departure. This act of pure hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure we didn't miss out on their culinary offerings, set the stage for an evening that transcended mere dining.

From the very first plate to the last, each course of the Discovery Menu was a testament to the kitchen's skill and creativity. The journey began with a delicate and refreshing pairing of white asparagus and lobster, a perfect overture that was both visually appealing and a delightful awakening for the palate. Une expérience exceptionnelle, tant dans l'assiette que dans le service avec un personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Un sans faute du début à la fin (menu découverte en 10 plats avec vin). Rien à redire, il faut simplement se laisser porter par les saveurs, et ce beau voyage culinaire. Mon compagnon et moi avons été bluffé par la qualité des mets mais aussi par la gentillesse de toute l'équipe rendant cette parenthèse unique.

Influenced by the reviews I read, I dined at the restaurant. On the positive side, it's centrally located, with a pleasant environment, most dishes were tasty and had large portions, and they had an extensive wine list. The menu is structured in a way that you can't help but order a three or four-course menu, otherwise, you pay for one dish almost as much as a menu. Both menus have starting prices and additional charges if you choose a particular dish. I find it excessive to charge €49 for a three-course menu and an additional €30 for one fillet dish. The restaurant is promoted by the owners as a tasting destination. There was no creativity in the dishes, many of which had the same ingredients, such as asparagus and foie gras. We paid €250 for two people, a tasting menu of €49, one of €89, additional charges for dishes we chose on the menu, and a wine for €45 (the cheapest on the list, €40). The menu was only in French (!), and the waiters didn't know enough English to help you. The service was good, but that's about it. I consider their dishes tasty without creativity and the menu overpriced. In San Sebastian, we had a much better meal for €150. I don't recommend it; I consider it overpriced.

Dans un cadre aéré et chaleureux, l'équipe de ce restaurant est très attentive à satisfaire les clients. Le chef Franck a régalé nos papilles avec un riz de veau sauce Porto d'exception. Nous avons également apprécié les crêpes suzette une spécialité de la maison unique dans sa conception. Le sommelier très souriant et professionnel a su nous guider pour le choix du vin. En résumé, une très belle soirée en votre compagnie.i???????? nous recommandons.

Superbe découverte! Qualité et originalité des plats, de la mise en bouche au dessert inclus, ce qui est assez rare, assaisonnements, service, gentillesse et efficacité du staff (familial un + évident), accord mets-vins parfait.
Bref zéro fausse note.
Un seul regret : ne pas habiter à Bayonne pour y revenir plus souvent.

Notre repas de ce midi fait partie de l'une de nos meilleures expériences culinaires jamais réalisées... Nous étions arrivés avec nos amis, ma femme et moi, pour un déjeuner amical et joyeux. L'accueil, le service, les conseils culinaires et des accords mets-vins, l'innovation et la qualité des plats : tout a été à la hauteur de nos attentes voire même plus !

Je précise que nous avons mangé dans plusieurs restaurants étoilés Michelin depuis trente ans (une, deux ou trois étoiles). Le restaurant Goxoki est inscrit sur ce fameux guide, mais n'a pas encore d'étoile. Au regard de notre expérience, il me semble qu'il est nécessaire et très urgent de remédier à cela et de faire en sorte que la première étoile arrive vite !!!

D'ailleurs, Goxoki, en Basque veut dire "endroit chaleureux", que dire de plus ?

Courez-y, réservez et profitez de cette famille chaleureuse et passionnée, riche d'expériences et de volonté de recherche culinaire... Vous passerez un moment inoubliable.
