Juste un moment incroyable et suspendu dans le temps.. nous avons fêter notre anniversaire de mariage au moulin et tout était parfait..

Se laisser transporter par une cuisine bluffante et très atypique, c'est l'objectif du chef. Objectif réussi, chef ! Merci pour ce moment magnifique !

Une belle expérience mais un rapport qualité prix un peu élevé qui gache un peu l'expérience...

C'est un ensemble si bien orchestré, les associations sont recherchés, délicieuses et étonnantes (dans le bon sens!!), mes papilles se sont régalées
Il y a un concept autour du repas qui rend tout beau, poétique et qui appelle à la découverte, avec un sens du détail incroyable
J'ai adoré la ligne directrice dans l'ensemble des plats, avec le début et la fin
L'endroit est magnifique, intimiste et si bien préservé, le personnel est adorable et très pro
Nous avons pris avec mon copain le menu signature et grâce à la fille qui nous a servis, nous avons pu découvrir deux vins incroyables
Enfin bref, je me retiens de ne pas vous spoiler si vous prévoyez de venir découvrir cette superbe expérience, c'est une pépite

Each course beautifully spotlights a single vegetable, showcasing its versatility through three completely different and inspired preparations. It's a culinary journey of discovery with every plate.
