Basic hotel at an unbeatable price. rooms a bit faded, but very clean and functional if a bit on the compact size. Comfortable bed! And a pretty good breakfast. Staff were helpful and efficient. Look, this is a budget hotel. It is not the St. Regis. But it's a great value if you need a place to lay your head. Also, there are chickens and roosters in the yard.

Alors pour le coup mon avis est de 4 étoiles mais je mets 5 car je ne comprends pas les notes 1 étoile, pour le coup je trouve très correcte si vous passez une nuit ou 2, le personnel est super, certes les chambres sont un peu petite mais pour l’hygiène il a rien a dire c’est super propre, on peut directement commander a manger sur borne ou accéder facilement a Aldi qui est juste a coté ou commander un uber eat

No está mal cumple con lo esperado respecto a la relación calidad precio. Sin embargo considero que la atención al cliente deben mejorarla, antes de llegar envié un par de correos pidiendo información acerca de los accesos después de la madrugada y nunca contestaron, fue un poco precario acceder a las instalaciones, eran las 2 de la madrugada estaba cansada después de un largo viaje y no tenía instrucciones de acceso. En lo referente a limpieza e instalaciones todo ok.

Horror, I have never seen such horrible service in IBIS. This hotel disgraces the trademark.
When I booked a hotel, I received confirmation that the hotel is open 24 hours and I will receive keys in the hotel. But when I arrived at 00.10 to the hotel, I found the fence closed and nobody answered neither via intercom, nor telephone. We were lucky that another man had arrived soon and he had a password which they sent them previously. Nobody sent me this password and I realised that if this man didn't arrive we would leave on the street at night. I asked the receptionist why they didn't send me it, he answered that he did but didn't show me this letter. Besides, we were disturbing three times till check out by the cleaner as she wanted to clean quickly and to go home.
