Personnel charmant, hôtel agréable , bien placé, belles chambres
Accepte les chiens ( même gros !)

Hôtel indépendant de plein pied à l’accueil convivial. Bien placé, proche des grands axes pour se rendre facilement à Lille et sa banlieue. Chambre simple mais propre et Literie confortable.
Petit déjeuner complet et bon. Une bouilloire en chambre ou dans les parties communes à disposition des clients serait appréciée. Ma chambre donnait côté court intérieure donc très calme mais une vue un peu limitée et avec du vis à vis.

Et en plus la tranquillité..

Never in all my years of travels have I been left out on the street by any hotel or property. This hotel did just that. We were having an extremely difficult travel day due to a bomb scare in Paris. We had to divert to Lille and we booked this place. We told them that we were having difficulties and that we would be arriving at 10pm. I got a boilerplate response stating that they closed at 10pm. No further communication that they closed at 10pm sharp, or that they would wait. Nothing. We arrived at the property at 10:05, just a few minutes late. We found the place dark and the gate closed. It was a downright scary place. I called them, someone answered in a sleepy voice and very dryly and rudely proceeded to tell me that they were closed and no one was there and there is nothing they can do. We had to scramble to find another hotel quickly at a late hour and exhausted after stressful travels.

If they do not want to make guests welcome and accommodate their needs, then they should not be in the hospitality industry.

This is reproachable and shameful behavior on their part.
