RADISSON BLU GRAND HÔTEL & SPA

Superbe expérience, que ce soit l'hôtel ou la qualité du service, tout le monde adorable. J'ai passé un super moment au spa avec un massage exceptionnel grâce à Célia !

Nous sommes venues hier avec mon amie et avons passé un excellent moment au Spa. Le soin du mois était gommage & massage Balinais et c’était parfait. Vous pourrez profiter du hammam, sauna et même une douche de neige surprenant mais très sympa comme expérience. L’accueil est très professionnel et agréable. Les équipements du spa sont très qualitatifs. Une expérience à renouveler !

The hotel is located on Malo-les-bains beach, it's modern and well decorated. The staff is efficient and welcoming

In the room, you will find an entrance with toilets on the right, next is a wardrobe, with a safe inside. Bathrobe and sleepers are provided. On the other side is a tea/coffee stand (Nespresso, kettle) and the minibar (don't expect too much, it's a bag of crisps and some soda). There's a fridge there too.
Next you get into the room, there's a seating area, a huge TV, and the best thing you will find is the bed, not the regular one, a really big and comfy one. Furthermore in the room there is a small desk.
The room I had also had a balcony with some seating, and A/C: enjoyable.

The bathroom is well lit with a bath / shower. Provided products/amenities are of good quality.

What's positive:
- the bed!!!!
- the location
- the staff
- USB outlets for your electronics gizmos

What could be better:
- stop blocking the A/C to 22°C
- cleaning, found some long hair
- shower, got some hot and cold and the shower "wall" let the water pass thru
- pool access, if you don't pay it's 8-10am and 8-10pm (hours to be confirmed with the staff)
- bar should be open at 11-12am

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel
