Very specific subject so wouldn't interest everyone. For me it was fantastic. Well presented in both French and English. Very well organized in step by step teaching method.

I have been intetested in the Cathars for many years—and while this museum did not have artifacts or much “new” information about the Cathars it is well worth visiting. I still think Montsegur is the place to visit to get the feeling of the Cathars and read about them before visiting.

D’entrée, sachez que OUI il y a beaucoup de lecture, l’histoire des Cathares vous étant contée par des panneaux à lire.
Les textes sont instructifs, fidèles et assez complets.
Les enfants ont réussi à tenir les deux heures passées à l’intérieur grâce au petit cahier fourni par le Musée. (O enfants, ne le négligez pas, vous en sortirez princesse ou chevalier de Hautpoul!)
L’accueil fût bon, et la boutique suffisamment équipée pour tout curieux (amateur ou confirmé) du Catharisme.

Très instructif. Prevoir environ 2 heures si vous voulez tout lire et écouter. Grand parking gratuit pour ce garer juste en face. Accessible au camping car.
