Depuis 37 ans, je n'ai jamais été déçu, malgré la "valse des étoiles" Micheli. Michel Trama est toujours omniprésent, avec un accueil inégalable.

Our lunch at the restaurant gastronomique was one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Not only was each dish inventive and impeccably presented, but the tastes were deeply satisfying. This restaurant may have a long tradition, but the joy of creation evident in everything we ate was as youthful and surprising one could wish from a chef.||Add to this, the beauty of the hotel and the warmth of the staff...a truly memorable experience.

L’équipe est fantastique et le lieu magique. Nous avons lu calmement au bord de la piscine, profité des rayons de soleil sur notre terrasse. L’endroit est paisible et nous avons dormi divinement. Le petit déjeuner est une merveille.|A refaire sans hésitation.

Dîner à deux offert par nos enfants. Nous nous faisions une joie d’aller dîner dans cet établissement renommé.
Les plats savoureux, choisis à la carte, sont cependant à des prix quelque peu élevés.
M. Trama se présente à notre table à notre arrivée et revient plusieurs fois par la suite, se montrant intrusif et condescendant, manquant de retenue et semblant ressentir une certaine aigreur sur son passé étoilé.
M. Trama, qui se croit autorisé à vous donner quelques leçons de vie et de savoir-vivre, devrait penser à une sortie digne à 79 ans et après sa belle carrière.
