Elle a été très utile en nous expliquant toutes les informations sur les services de l'hôtel (elle a également aidé à réserver le dîner et le petit-déjeuner dans la chambre), la ville et ses environs. Elle parle très bien anglais et était très polie. Les gens comme elle contribuent à créer une très bonne image de l'hôtel et de bons souvenirs du séjour.

We were impressed by the lady who was working at reception desk during our check-in 6 of December in the evening around 8pm and the next evening as well. She was so helpful explaining us all information about the hotel services (helped too book dinner and in-room breakfast), the city and surroundings. She speaks very good English and was very polite. People like her help to create a very good image of the hotel and good memories about the stay.

Visited again for Christmas. As always a warm welcome from a professional and dedicated team. Warm, comfortable room (really appreciate the new bathroom design) with a great view over Albi. Excellent breakfast with some Christmas extras. 10/10
