Nous avons passe une très bonne soirée en famille. Un cadre charmant, des mets délicats et un service au top.

Dinner Sunday 29th,incredibly hot evening in Albi….we arrived early after a walk from the other side of the river.
Staff still eating their dinner but we were welcomed and seated inside ( far too hot to eat on the terrace) and provided with a welcome jug of cold water to tide us over.
Everything was exceptional about our evening the decor is tasteful and the staff welcoming and friendly (I forget the name of our smiling waiter but he was from Bangladesh)
There are a few dining options from à la carte to set menus. We chose a cod dish and I had veal….both outstanding. We started with two delicious Alchimy cocktails and then a lovely Provence rosé. My dessert was a work of art…called a pink Pavlova,absolutely scrummy and Madame had some delicious ice cream
All in all, a perfect evening….merci team Alchimy

Une excellente soirée à l'Alchimy !
Tout était délicieux, de l'entrée au dessert, avec une présentation soignée et un service aussi attentionné qu'efficace. Mention spéciale au baba au rhum : généreux, moelleux… et sacrément bien arrosé ???? Un vrai moment de plaisir !

Très jolies salles, la fraîcheur bienvenue vue les températures extérieures. Serveurs sympathiques et discrets. Cuisine au top un bon point pour le poisson. Merci
Parfait, la cuisine jusqu’au aux desserts.
Le service est au top, les professionnels sont attentifs.
Un petit amélioration : L’encaissement d’un groupe devant nous ( un groupe de plus de 10 personnes à encaissés un par un) l’attente a était trop longue.
