We had a fantastic time here. Louise was a consummate guide of this small museum. You can feel the passion she has for the area and for the subject. She is witty, and very approachable and didn't just deliver a 'by the book' presentation, but was able to draw on her well of deep knowledge to answer general questions about prehistoric life, and also the local area. She engaged with the adults, but also the kids (5 & 4) in a very easy and accessible way, and delivered the entire tour in impeccable English.
What really made the experience was the opportunity to hold and engage with real pieces of history - holding 45,000 year old cro-mag tools was mind-blowing.
I can't recommend the visit enough, and we'll definitely be making another trip back to take part in one of the workshops that they run from the location.

Agréable visite
Louise sait transmettre sa passion pour la préhistoire en s'adaptant au public. Nous avons pu toucher des objets d'époque, mis dans leur contexte.
Les adultes et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié l'atelier sculpture sur argile.
