Peu importe ce qu’il y a au menu… tout sort de la cuisine avec une odeur délicieuse et reflétant magnifiquement la passion du chef et le dévouement du personnel. Sans oublier la carte des vins ; ce qui est toujours moderne, passionnant et surtout naturel. L’extérieur est agréable par beau temps mais ne soyez pas déçu par une table à l’intérieur. Même magie, baguette différente. Cela vaut toujours la peine d'un pèlerinage annuel (ou plus) depuis les quatre coins de la France après toutes ces années.

If you don’t love it, you don’t get it. Fat, salt, heat, sweet, green things, meaty things, finned and feathered things. It doesn’t matter what’s on the menu…it all comes out of the kitchen smelling deliciously and reflecting beautifully the passion of the chef and the dedication of the staff. Not forgetting the wine list; which is always modern, exciting and mostly natural. Outside is lovely in fine weather but don’t be disappointed with an inside table. Same magic, different wand. Still worth an annual pilgrimage (or more) from far corners of France after all these years.
