Petite exposition/musée et point boisson à côté du pont Valentré, la dame qui tient la Maison de l'eau connaît bien l'histoire du lieu et est sympathique.

Detoured to see Pont Valentré which did not disappoint. Spotted cafe/bar from bridge, which turned out to be under the Maison de l'eau - (closed on the Sunday afternoon) Ordered for four after a wait and was then told no Cards - Désolé. The Primarily attraction in Cahors and nearest cafe/bar to it - whose sole existence is to service the visitors to it - is cash only. How quaint.
