Une expérience mitigée.
Les points forts : un cadre agréable avec un beau jardin où l'on peut pique-niquer. La chambre (et sûrement les autres aussi) avec une déco artistique pas hors sol. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle.
Les points faibles : insonorisation digne d'un hôtel F1 vis-à-vis de la chambre voisine et du couloir. Et le petit-déjeuner classique voire quelconque en considérant (ce n'est que mon point de vue) que c'est une des prestations qui permet de se demarquer et donne envie d'y revenir. Ce ne sera pas le cas.

Très bonne expérience ! Nous étions avec ma compagne sans solution de restauration un dimanche midi et par un simple appel notre hôte nous a gentiment proposé de nous dépanner un repas sur le pouce, de délicieuses tomates et poivrons farcies fait maison ! Très bon accueil, merci encore !

We called to see if dinner was possible for 6 of us with just three hours notice and Rachel could not have been more accommodating- the chef even made separate dishes for the children according to their particular requests. Our meal was delicious, made with organic food from the family farm, and the dining room a cool and beautiful respite from the summer heat. Friendly, relaxed and professional service. Highly recommended!

Beaucoup de bonne volonté du couple qui nous reçoit et enorme travail accompli pour faire revivre cette grande bâtisse.

Excellent all round! We stayed in Meilhan-sur-Garonne with our hosts François and Rachel for a special weekend and can honestly say that they made it perfect. The room was charming and super clean, with tons of character as well as a freshly done ensuite with an Italian shower and modern fittings. Generous breakfast including delicious homemade yogurt, fresh bread, and a basket of fresh fruit to choose from, great coffee, proper tea etc etc... We were welcomed warmly and our hosts were quite willing to accommodate our request to put our picnic icepacks in the freezer. The lock-up for the bikes is completely secure. Having an aperitif in the garden was quite a treat as it was just warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace. The place is very spacious - a historic building dating back to the 1600's with a large garden, considering it's in the center of the village. We took a short walk to the "Le Tertre' from where you can see the whole valley of the Garonne stretching out before you - quite a view. Oh, and the beds - very comfortable!
