The rooms were very spacious, clean, newly renovated. I was very happy with the rooms were we stayed. The AC was very cold which was very much appreciated since it was very hot outside making it very comfortable. Super happy with this hotel and have been recommending it to family and friends.

Très bel hôtel!
Nous y avons cette journée et c'est une belle expérience car l'hôtel superbe
Nous avons eu une chambre très joliment décorée, la literie est très confortable
Et surtout le plus important, la chambre est très bien insonorisée

Unfortunately my reason for this review is because of Joao the night staff member at reception who was very unaccommodating and difficult. I asked for two bottles of water for my husband and I as the cleaning staff had not replaced during the day, we were extremely thirsty and the shops had closed but Joao made it seem like I had asked for something outrageous. I even offered to pay and though the bottles were there and easily to hand at reception he made it seem impossible to give us any. His manner was completely unnecessary on at least two occasions. Besides this the hotel was clean if not quite old fashioned. On our last night we came back to the room to find a worrying mosquito invasion (we had not opened any windows or balcony doors). Because we were firm about it we changed rooms but I got the impression this was not the first time this has happened The location was the best part about the hotel, the breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

A pochi passi dal santuario. Servizio a buffet non di gradimento quasi sempre le solite cose. Solo i formaggi meritano.
