We ordered a rib steak (medium-rare) when it came it was basically raw. We gave it back, and they brought it back medium-well. Anyway, the meat was drier than the Sahara desert, extremely chewy, and full of silver skin. (The hard disgusting part). To top it all off, I read the owners response on the reviews, and they were quite rude. From my knowledge, the meat was not a rib eye it was a rump steak. The rest of the food could be good, but the steak is pretty much inedible.
