Absolute dump. And didn't even get a room . Treated like dirt by staff. Talked around us to other group as we didn't speak French and it was easier for staff .we booked and paid 6 months ahead of time .They did move our group to another absolute dump and treated us badly . Please anyone going here reconsider and go elsewhere. They even made another small group sleep on sofas in lobby because of over booking . The only good thing I can say is I survived and didn't get arrested for arguing with staff.

Disgusting treatment from this so called hotel ! We booked in January, arrived in May with no accommodation. They facilitated a large contingent of French and shunted us over the road to an absolute hole of a place,no electricity or toilet ! Shocking treatment but what do you expect from bluffers !

This is the worst experience I have ever had in travelling and staying in Lourdes. Our party of 9 booked in January of this year and arrived last Thursday evening, 19th May, to be told there was no room for us ! They facilitated everyone else except ourselves. The French were In town and fcuk the rest, I can't describe the hotel because we didn't get to stay there, what happened was we were shunted over to an absolute kip across the road !! Another review incoming ! Disgusting treatment !

A fuir , vetuste , crade , à mon avis d ici un an il sera abattu , j ai déjà beaucoup voyagé à travers la France et c est bien là première fois que je vois ça , il y a tellement de choses négative à dire , tout et dégueulasse et vieux

Hotel miteux. Pendant mon séjour, il y aura eu des coupures de courants, le réceptionniste qui ne parle pas un mot de français, la mauvaise isolation entre les chambres (on entend tout ce qui ce passe,...) et avec l'extérieur (fenêtre simple vitrage,...), les sortie de secours obstruée,...

Le maigre prix est le seul point positif
