Je suis venue une nuit avec ma fille, la chambre était très spacieuse avec une vue sur le sanctuaire, un parking privé, un petit déjeuner à volonté et de qualité, une piscine intérieure très jolie, et un spa bien agréable à l'extérieur, grand et très chaud. Pour nous tout etait parfait, l'accueil très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons en famille.

Very disappointing considering it’s advertised as a 5 star hotel. Rooms are large, but very simple. Bathrooms are large but no ventilation at all, the shower door allows lots of water out onto the floor, and the lighting is insufficient for shaving and putting on makeup. Rooms are very clean, but beds are very hard and uncomfortable. View from our room was nice. There is artificial grass on stairs, gym floor, and all over the small elevator. Gym and spa are old and need rehab. Food, bar, and service there was very good and saved the day. The cost is not supported by the condition/amenities.

Fabulous staff ,fabulous location and gorgeous spa .Hotel is more than 5 star The pool area and outdoor hot tub is amazing Lourdes amazing place love rest restaurants and cafe nearby as well as historical landmarks.Will definitely come back againm

Service très bon, rien à redire.
Peut-être juste un défaut: certains produits des petits déjeuners étaient servis depuis 3 jours, je comprends pour ne pas gaspiller mais à 20€ par personne, c’est pas normal.
