Découverte de la cuisine tibétaine. Excellent.
My fav. Has to be the thenduk I order, the flavourful broth just made me think of home and how much I used it it back in Nepal.
The only thing I’d like to make a note about is that the fillings of porc momo was a little tough and had a strong taste which shouldn’t be the case but the sauce was just spot on. Delicious! And the sha phaley was bomb as well.. Bravo ????
