Welcoming staff. Bike top quality. You will need such a bike to enjoy the Pic du Jer. One last thing: the coffee is amazing.

Bike & Py were brilliant. I hired bikes for a group of 21 and the shop were able to provide the bikes and set them up for our arrival. The mechanics also made tweaks to the bike where requested. I recommend to hire on advance though, especially if you have a large group. If we head to the region again and stay on Lourdes, I will definitely be using Bike & Py again.

Rented 2 x bianchi's for a weekend in the Pyrenees. Bikes were set up for us and delivered to our accommodation. No issues at all with the bikes - all great. Would be nice if they had more top spec bikes in smaller sizes (they only had one with Di-2, and the 2nd bike we took was also pretty heavy) but just a minor niggle. Thanks guys!

My friend & I hired bikes from Bike&Py for a 4 day cycle break in the Pyrenees. Having not done a holiday like this before I wasn't sure what to expect. The Bianchi Sprint bikes were waiting for us when we got to the accommodation and fitted perfectly from the measurements sent. The bikes were superb and perfectly set up for the mountains. They were very understanding of an unfortunate spill i had, I wouldn't hesitate to hire from Bike&Py again, the service and quality of bikes is second to none.
