J'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel le ONZIÈME OCTOBRE 2023 pour me demander si je pouvais modifier la réservation pour refléter cela. Votre collègue Sara, le même jour, vous a répondu que cela ne poserait pas de problème et qu'elle avait ajouté la deuxième personne à cette réservation. À mon arrivée à votre hôtel, le 19 janvier 2024, on m'a dit qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre double et qu'elle ne pourrait être transformée en deux lits simples que le lendemain. J'ai passé la majeure partie de la nuit dans le hall, sur l'un des canapés. Je suis sûr que le réceptionniste de nuit pourra le confirmer ce soir-là.

I emailed the hotel on ELEVENTH OCTOBER 2023 asking if I could change the booking to reflect this. Your colleague Sara, on the same day, replied that this would not be a problem, and that she had added the second person to this booking. On arrival at your hotel, on 19th January 2024, I was told that it was a double bedded room, and could not be changed to two singles until the next day. I spent most of the night in the lobby, on one of the sofas. I am sure the night receptionist that evening can confirm this.

Stayed for three nights , staff although pleasant and polite seemed rushed with little time to send explaining or answering questions. Cleaners were first class.
The accommodation was worse than we anticipated based on previous Ibis experiences. No tea cups , no refreshment of tea bags , no refreshment of Nespresso capsules.

Camera pulita ma nemmeno un bollitore per un thè , una sola asciugamano al giorno camera un po' freddo bagno freddo anche perché il convetrore a tempo dura 2 minuti e non scalda niente in inverno doccia piccola , colazione mediocre rispetto allo standard ibis sia come offerta che qualità, accoglienza poco gentile e troppo fredda e distaccata bassa professionalità o esperienza tatto con il cliente
