QUALITY HOTEL TOULOUSE CENTRE ^{* * *}

Very decent hotel, not far (5 min walking) from Jean Jaurès metro station. Airport bus stops very close to the hotel. If you need supermarket or post office, they are 100 meters away. Some nice restaurants and bars are also in walking distance. It is located in a small street, not much noise in the room (probably it is soundproofed). Breakfast is good: scrambled eggs, bacon, cow and almond milk, cereals, various jams, bread, pastry, yoghurt, local cheeses, ham, home made waffles and banana bread, etc. My room (305) was for one person but big enough, has a safe box, comfy bed and pillows, wardrobe, shower, free bottle of water every day. Personnel is very nice and helpful, they answered my questions via chat and also booked a table in restaurant, when I asked them. The hotel is clean, not old, well maintained.

Stayed here for 3 nights last week and couldn’t really fault it. Small hotel but had everything you need. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped, hairdryer, shower gel/cap, few other toiletries, a safe and a fridge with free water and coke which was replenished daily. Also a kettle with tea/coffee etc. Central location, only 5 -10 minutes walk to a big square with shops, bars and restaurants and also a short walk to the train station and metro. Only had the breakfast once but it was fine, the usual fare, cereal, eggs, bacon, pastries, juice and coffee. Staff were a little slow replenishing the juice and eggs but it was pretty busy that morning, seemed like everyone came down the same time. |The reception staff were very helpful, special mention to Eric who gave us excellent advice on how to get to a stadium the other side of town to see a gig. Had to get a metro then a tram and he wrote it all down for us. Toulouse is a nice city and we would definitely stay here again if we returned.

En sachant que j’ai réservé dans le monde entier et que nous avons fait plus de 50 pays et des centaines d’hôtel où nous n’avons jamais eu aucun problème. Mon épouse est resté à l’hôtel. Le lendemain elle a laissé ses affaires et revenu à 16h. Personne ne lui a dit que soi-disant le bras articulé était cassé nous recevons un mail par le biais de Booking, nous stipulant que nous aurons 150 € de débité sur notre carte. Pourquoi ils n’ont pas dit à mon épouse qu’il y avait un problème lorsqu’elle est revenue à 16h. La responsable Sarah que nous cherchons à joindre depuis vendredi dernier, ne nous répond pas, cet Hotel, pratique des escroqueries, en faisant des réparations sur le dos des clients. Au-delà de notre parole, on nous débite unilatéralement notre carte bleue sur des réparations imaginaires. Il n’y a eu ni checkin ni chek out . Il n’y a absolument aucune preuve de notre responsabilité. Au-delà du fait que nous leur avons dit que c’était pas nous. Nous sommes choqués par ces pratiques. Nous n’allons pas en rester là.

Small but a charming hotel! I stayed two nights in this cozy hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the best attribute to this hotel is perhaps its staff. I happened to interact with three different lady employees who work at the front desk, and all of them were helpful and friendly. One helped me out with a check-in and the change of the room. The other one helped me make sure that the aircon (heater) in my room works properly, thank you.
