Pretty good location - next to one of the major walking streets and very short distance to landmarks like Pl Wilson and Marche Victor Hugo. A smallish hotel with 8-10 rooms per floor.
My room was clean and well-appointed. A work desk, closet, safe, accessible electrical outlets and blackout curtains. Mini fright came with free water and Coke. There’s also a Carrefour city in the same block. A capsule coffee machine and a hot water kettle with tea bags provided. No robe or slippers.
The bathroom included a fully enclosed shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. No bidet. Shampoo and body wash provided, no lotion, dental or shaving kits.
Very welcome and attentive staff. Breakfast is 14 euros, must be booked in advance.
Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent - one day the bed would be made up, the other one it wouldn’t. Some days the towels would get changed, and then the other days no. I don’t think the room was vacuumed daily, so they seem to be running a limited service, unusual for a 3-star hotel and was not advertised anywhere on the site. Some of the light fixtures (one bed light) didn’t work.
No functional WiFi - the devices connect, but the router is not internet-connected (dhcp server issues a 169.254.. type address, for those who know). Front desk staff was understanding and gave me a password for the lobby, but WiFi barely worked even there.
So overall good clean place to stay, but don’t plan to work from your hotel room.

Chambres un peu petites mais bon rapport qualité prix prix et emplacement superbe pour visiter Toulouse , hôtel décoré d une façon moderne ,j y vais à chaque fois que je reviens sur Toulouse

Hôtel bien situé à Toulouse, lits confortables, petits déjeuner variés. Par contre manque d'entretien des douches, la mienne fuyait et le poète savon était décroché. Un 3 étoiles au départ, 2 étoiles maintenant...
La camera era ben isolata, non si sentivano i rumori esterni della città, era ben pulita e con i comfort necessari; la WiFi funzionava bene. Al momento del check-in e check-out non abbiamo avuto problemi, per tenere le valigie dei clienti hanno una stanza apposita.
A metà tra il centro e la stazione dei treni e bus, in 10-15 minuti a piedi si è, o da una parte o dall'altra; in caso non vogliate camminare, ci sono i mezzi vicino.
