HÔTEL HELIOT ^{* * *}

Ein ganz wunderbares kleines Hotel, toll gelegen und ein so freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der neben Französisch, Englisch sogar noch Spanisch spricht. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und unser Aufenthalt war einfach toll - wir sagen Merci beaucoup und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our eleven night stay at the Hôtel Héliot in Toulouse in October 2024. As already indicated in the numerous 5/5 reviews, this hotel is extremely well located and provided us a restful oasis during our holiday in Occitanie. Our large and quiet room was perfectly comfortable, with its high-quality mattress ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Toulouse or our day trip destinations. Both the bedroom and the well-appointed bathroom were very well maintained and cleaned daily during our stay. In short, the room was exactly as pictured on the website and provided us with everything we needed. In addition, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with first rate viennoiseries and baguette during our stay.

We highly recommend Hôtel Héliot! We couldn’t have been happier with its central location which affords easy access to all the key sights as well as many excellent restaurants and shops. The rest of Toulouse is easily accessible either on foot or via public transit. On request, we also had access to secure and convenient parking.

Even more important than any of these features of Hôtel Héliot and what made this an outstanding vacation was the incredible hospitality of its owner, Frédéric. We received singularly kind and thoughtful service throughout our stay. Frédéric was exceptionally responsive from the moment we contacted him and every day of our stay. Frédéric provided a recommendation of the simplest and most economical means of transportation from the airport when we arrived and expertly arranged for a taxi back to the airport for our departure when central Toulouse was locked down for the spectacle of “La Machine!” Frédéric could also be counted on for very reliable restaurant recommendations, too! Not even in five star establishments could one hope to receive more attentive, personal service. Do not hesitate to reserve your stay at this charming hotel!

J’y descends à chaque fois que je me rends à Toulouse. Le gérant veille toujours à satisfaire le confort et les désirs. Il nous a conseillé utilement sur les restos et autres sorties. Je recommande aussi l’établissement pour son emplacement pres de la gare, du metro et de la place du capitole

It's a cosy little hotel run by a family. Service is very good at the rooms are so too. I can only recommend the hotel - which by the way have really good prices. It is wellsuited, so one can walk to center og the city and close to station Jean Jaures
