Me and some friends went yesterday for the second time, since we liked it so much the first time, only to come across broken machines that will pour wine for 30 seconds without any bottom being pressed (none of the glass options allow that, it’s clearly a malfunction) or you will get your glass ready for a wine and some other random faucet opens on the other side. Both things happened to me and my friends, all that spilled wine by the machine malfunction was charged to us, we were treated super rude like we were so dumb not to understand how a wine vending machine works, and on top of that, they started bad-mouthing us in French assuming we couldn’t understand. We went to have a nice evening and came back frustrated and insulted.

We liked the place initially a lot. The atmosphere - with the music and the whole setting of getting the wine - is amazing.
Unfortunately, the second time we went the waitress was super rude. We had some technical issues with the machine and she was going on and off about us to her co-workers in French (assuming we didn't understand her - what we in fact did). Definitely not going back there.
