Wow. What an experience. I did my first university degree in hotel and catering in the 90s and worked for 7 years in restaurants, the highest rated up to two Michelin stars. I think this is right up there in food quality, and is quite possibly the best presentation I have ever seen.
Amazing job, can't thank them enough and was not stupidly expensive for haute cuisine. I would say that it is for foodies, and be sure you are in the mood for a food focused experience. If you don't speak French you will need Google translate open. I do speak reasonable French and still needed to look up some words and yet even then still trust the chef, as I was not quite sure of all the detail when ordering, but am seriously, seriously glad we went.
