La brasserie du père Léon, une institution toulousaine. Un serveur en tenue, super sympa et pro. ????????

Hôtel trois-étoiles très bien situé au cœur du centre-ville, juste devant la bouche de métro Esquirol. Les chambres simples donnent toutes sur la rue, mais l'insonorisation est très bonne. Ma chambre était de taille correcte et très bien rénovée. Le petit-déjeuner est aussi tout à fait convenable.

Stopped in cafe for a cappuccino and pain au chocolate. The coffee was fine but the pain au chocolate was at least three days old. Would give this place a miss.
Receptionist Leeanne, was so kind and helpful. She spoke perfect English and welcomed us like old friends. She gave us a map tour with places the locals eat and other highlights. Toulouse is our first stop in France and we immediately felt very comfortable even though we do not speak French. Many of the younger population speak English.
Le Pere León is a perfect location to spend a day or two (or week) in Toulouse.
