We very much enjoyed the service we received from Martin and the rest of the team at Le Bibent. The food was good, but a little disappointing for the price. The order of six snails only had four snails to enjoy as the other two were either missing or too tiny to access, even with a long pick. The four gras was quite good as was the cassoulet, but the fish was served at room temperature and a tad overcooked. The restaurant’s architecture is very beautiful and the setting on the edge of the plaza is very convenient. Overall just four stars because of the great service.
