Excellent accueil à l’hôtel d’Occitanie par les étudiants de première année de BTS et leurs professeurs.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Le seul inconvénient, la proximité de l’aéroport qui peut gâcher l nuit pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger.

À l’occasion d’une soirée Frimake, j’ai eu le plaisir d’organiser un dîner à 8 convives afin de découvrir l’Hôtel restaurant d’application d’Occitanie du lycée hôtelier de Toulouse. Un accueil chaleureux, des produits de qualité, des plats travaillés et sublimés par une présentation soignée. Un service rapide et agréable, même si certains élèves semblaient parfois hésitants ????, l’expérience viendra avec le temps…
Nous avons avons passés une excellente soirée, bravo aux élèves et à leurs professeurs pour leur travail ????

What makes it truly special, and I didn't know at the time of booking, is that it is a training college. So although everything may not be perfect (not enough spoons or bowls at breakfast ????) it is great training for students who are on a three year training course - and as a non french speaking person - really good opportunity for the students to speak in English. Also other guests friendly. I would have given 5 stars without knowing the above, but think it deserves a 6th star knowing what I know now. I will definitely be using again next time in Toulouse and really recommend.
