Knowing the cassoulet is famous in Toulouse, we were keen to try it and it did not disappoint. A hearty meal with complex flavours. We both also had the crayfish ravioli - the depth of flavour was incredible. My only word of warning, the servings at Le Colombier are generous so make sure you’re hungry. Delicious.

Comment passer par Toulouse sans goûter les plats ou produits typiques de la région ? Le Colombier est une bonne adresse pour. Plusieurs formules possibles qui permettent d'adapter le choix des plats à sa faim et ses envies.
Les serveurs étaient attentifs. Merci à la serveuse très patiente car mon magret est reparti deux fois en cuisine à cause d'une cuisson rosée beaucoup moins poussée que celle dont j'ai l'habitude. J'ai bien senti la volonté de me servir un plat qui convienne à mes papilles.
Nous avons été un peu moins séduits par les desserts.

Very known place to eat the cassoulet from Toulouse and other specialties. The warm decor is inviting to savour delicious specialties from the area and local wines; we has a cassoulet served in the typical dish, one assiette toulousaine (magret, saussice de Toulouse and confit), bread and an assiette (a plate in English) of 3 cheese with a delicious green salad with a croustade flambee (Armagnac) plus 2 espressi. Red wine was local: a Gaillac.
Staff is Great: so smiley and so nice!
Price is good!
