Je n'ai testé que le restaurant En Marge. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, à la fois conviviale et à la hauteur d'un restaurant étoilé. Mention spéciale à la petite chocolatine salée... une expérience à renouveler!!

France, like almost every country has its share of urban and suburban sprawl. Much of it is not pretty. An escape to the country is a real antidote. Less than a half hour from Toulouse, the Renimels have crafted a lovely rural hilltop compound that feeds that heart and soul with fresh air, inspiring vistas, relaxing amenities, and of course wonderful cuisine.||Besides a destination restaurant, the small hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms. Some of the whimsical decor is not to our taste. But thumbs up for a very comfortable bed, rainwater shower, decent lighting throughout and plenty of places outside to savor nature's handiwork supported by impeccably maintained grounds. The desk in our room would have been enhanced by a power plug to charge phones, laptops, etc. Also, a few more hangars in the mini-closet are expected at a 4 star hotel!||Breakfast is an exceptional delight. ||Truly, an inspiring place to recharge your mental and physical batteries. The staff is welcoming, the kind of people you would like to know. As with all Relais and Chateaux properties we have stayed at, one of a kind and one you would be pleased to return to.

Un dîner entre amis, parfait du début à la fin. Service attentionné, chaleureux, délicat, des mets parfaitement travaillés et mis en valeur, un régal des yeux et des papilles. Les lieux sont magnifiques, nous ne connaissons pas le côté hôtel mais vue la qualité de la table, nous irions les yeux fermés.
