They went above and beyond to ensure our cycling experience was amazing! I can’t recommend them enough!

Good bikes, great location and above all, kind and wonderful service.
I booked ten bikes here for a group I was hosted in April. Unfortunately, the weather did not comply so I got in touch at the very last minute and Clare allowed me to move my booking to September. This group spent a lovely day riding along the canal but unfortunately, one member injured themselves and was not able to keep going. Despite many important and prior commitments on the part of everyone at Cycles Sud-Ouest, they went out of their way to help our injured person.
Highly recommended.

C'était une très bonne expérience avec "Cycles Sud-Ouest"! J'ai loué un vélo électrique pour faire de Bordeaux à Sète, et tout était parfait! Le vélo était très bon! Avant mon périple on a répondu toutes mes questions tout de suite! Ps. Comme une norvégienne c'était aussi très agréable de communiquer en anglais (quand le français était trop difficile pour moi!)
Nous y venons régulièrement pour louer des vélos.
Accueil 5 étoiles, matériel 5 étoiles, conseils sur les balades 5 étoiles! Nous avons aussi testé la chasse au trésor entre amis. Perfect!
Au top ???? je recommande à 100%
