I would highly recommend Cycles Sud-Ouest. The service provided by Clare and her team was brilliant, very informative and welcoming. The bikes provided were of a very high standard and with an excellent range (We hired the electric bikes). Additional equipment was provided such as phone holder etc. They are in an excellent location for riding along the canal or quiet country lanes. Overall, a brilliant experience, thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of Clare and her team. The guys at Musette in Bordeaux were friendly and helpful - bikes superb!
It’s the first time we’ve ever embarked on a holiday like this and felt totally confident in booking direct with Cycles Sud - Ouest.

J'y suis allée pour des câbles de vitesse. Il me les a changé et régler les dérailleurs sur un velo particulier un trike, qu'il n'avait jamais réparer. Il n'a jamais aussi bien marché!Il m'a tout expliqué et m'a montrer aussi au cas où je serais de nouveau en difficulté. Très pro, très gentil. Une rencontré agréable avec des passionnés. Le prix je n'en reviens pas pas cher du tout. Allez y les yeux fermés. Merci.

Cycles Sud-Ouest provided the cornerstone of a unique two-week vacation. I planned the itinerary based on my family's interests and abilities, and they helped to set us up beautifully. Communication was impeccable. The pricing was very reasonable, considering that there are other bike rental outfits charging way more. Oh, and the Canal de Garonne is so worth it. A national treasure. For kids with an electronic worldview, this is great introduction to a bigger geographic experience. Traveling on a bicycle provides direct experience of the scale of the world.
