Les chambres sont hideuse(moquette rouge,rideaux rouge,peinture marron sur les murs...),pour le service il y en n'a pas car elle sont jamais là... 100€ pour avoir une vue sur les voisins et des pigeons .Or la chambre est très propre et calme mais ça ne mérite pas un 3 étoiles ...
Location is great but the hotel is run down: old carpets, draughty windows, and fusty smell in the room. I was cold at night and had to keep the shutters closed to keep the noise out from the car park underneath.
The room was however very clean!
I also found the staff to be cold and unwelcoming. I had send a special needs request by email 10 days before arriving, which they never replied to and claimed they had never received, no apologies nor attempt to accommodate my request on arrival.
There are many other nice hotels in Rodez, I do not recommend choosing this one.
