(Traduit par Google) La personne de notre hôtel nous a recommandé cet endroit et c'était un super petit joyau caché.
La nourriture était très intéressante et savoureuse, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas dans une si petite ville, et le service était incroyable, très sympathique, heureux et arrangeant.
Le prix est très raisonnable pour ce que c'est et les petites attentions sont parfaites. Une véritable expérience gastronomique pour une fraction du prix.
Tout est très frais et inventif. Ce serait formidable d'y retourner et d'essayer un autre plat.
Intérieur très original et très bien décoré.
Je le recommande vivement si vous êtes dans la région.

We had this place recommended to us by the person in our hotel and it was such a great little hidden gem.
The food was very interesting and flavoursome, something we wouldn’t have expected from such a small town, and the service was amazing, so friendly and happy and accommodating.
The price is very reasonable for what you get and the little touches are perfect. A real fine dining experience for a fraction of a the price.
Everything is very fresh and inventive. It would be great to go back and try another dish.
Very quirky interior and very well decorated.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Un très bon moment passé à Umami ce samedi 10 février midi! Un service attentionné et soigné, une cuisine raffinée et généreuse, tout en appliquant des prix plus que raisonnables. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de réussite, bravo !

Le meilleur à Millau !
Cuisine très goûteuse et d'une grande finesse, le tout servi par un personnel très avenant et professionnel.
Expérience vraiment réussie avec l'umami, cette mystérieuse saveur nippone.
De sincères félicitations à ces jeunes millavois qui proposent de la modernité culinaire dans un cadre architectural traditionnel !
