We have stayed here before, and all was good, however it is not now. ||Our room was tired, had marks all on the walls, unsure what they were! |The bathroom needed a good scrub and the flooring in the hallway and bedroom needed repairing as it was rising up. ||Couldn’t have a Gin & Tonic, can only do certain drinks??? ||Breakfast was not good: |Yoghurt. was in a large bowl and not covered, fruit salad also. |Neither were the meats and cheeses. |No napkin to hold the bread to cut it so everyone was touching it whilst doing so. ||The aircon was not working for the 2 days we were there. It was 38 degree heat and we were not even offered a fan, the rooms are not big! |We did get free parking though as a gesture of goodwill!! ????||Such a shame but it has really gone down hill and I will be looking to stay elsewhere in the future.

Climatisation en panne, 40 degrés dans les chambres, pas très propre, vieillot, on arrive au petit déjeuner à 09h30 et il n’y a plus de pain, on en demande et on nous dit qu’il est trop tard (le petit déjeuner termine pourtant à 10h)

Pas de clim, lait périmé, réaction accueil (je m'en foutiste). Vous avez payé plus cher du fait d'un décalage de résa, mais on ne vous rembourse pas et aucune proposition si ce n'est de consommer du bar! Moustiques en pagaille - Un radiateur dans la chambre par 36°!!!

Une catastrophe ! arrivée tardive après une très grosse journée de travail et beaucoup de route ! La personne à l'accueil m'annonce que la climatisation est en panne ! Il fait encore 32 degrés à 22h00, ça commence ! je prend ma chambre et arrivé à celle-ci je découvre une chambre avec deux lits de 90 ... alors que j'ai réservé une chambre avec un grand lit - (j'ai un statut fidélité DIAMOND), heureusement le réceptionniste (sympa et agréable) me trouve une chambre avec un grand lit ... Dans la chambre je trouve un équipement quelconque, à l'image d'un hôtel mal entretenu avec une déco des chambres inexistante ! c'est quand même pas terrible pour une prestation que j'ai tout de même payé presque 173 € (avec le pt dej)!
Heureusement une équipe jeune et plutôt sympa, mais ça ne fait pas tout.... Pas près d'y retourner et je déconseille fortement !

La climatisation est défectueuse dans tout l'hôtel.
