LA MAISON DES CONSULS ^{* * * *}

Personnel acceuillant et souriant.
La suite "l'écrivain" est sublime avec son mobilier et décoration année 1950.
Je voyageais en voiture ancienne et j'ai eu un problème mécanique. Le responsable de l'hotel m'a trouvé (et accompagné) un garagiste qui a pu effectuer la reparation.

Service pitoyable, serveuse hautaine, bref à fuir. Le pire café de Mirepoix

Plutôt à renommé la maison des cons, en l'honneur de la serveuse, hautaine, qui plutôt que s'excuser pour la chaise cassée qui a failli nous faire tomber à préféré nous suggérer de laisser un pourboire pour un racheter une nouvelle. A fuir.

La Maison des Consuls is in itself a destination! I've traveled the world and this is the most exquisite accommodation I've experienced yet. Centrally located in the heart of Mirepoix, the hotel is at walking distance from all the restaurants, historical points of interest and modern conveniences. The hotel itself is a major piece of the XXII century of Mirepoix. Rooms are beyond expectations in terms of extreme luxury, architectural beauty and sophistication. No wonder it is in the worldwide Michelin guide. We loved our breakfast in the courtyard, a must have. Freshly squeezed and or pressed orange, apple and pear juices were out of this world. We were served bountiful baskets of French pastries, organic yogurts and fruits. The staff is eager to help with luggage and anything your heart desires. The "piece de resistance" is Bernard, the owner who engineered and designed the entire hotel. His brain child "La Maison des Consuls" feels like a love story worth living in Mirepoix when visiting Mirepoix.

Superb historic hotel in centre of beautiful Mirapoix. Staff extremely friendly and lovely location to experience rural France.
