SIBLU VILLAGES - CAMPING LES OYATS ^{* * * *}

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce camping.
Nous avons une vision campeurs (toile de tente), donc une autre vision que les propriétaires de mobil-home.
Les points positifs que nous avons apprécié, le cadre, dans les pins, le calme, l'accès à la mer, la piscine qui était assez chaude. Le restaurant casa Pia, on mange bien et personnel sympathique.
Par contre les points qui seraient à améliorer. Les sanitaires premières fois que je vois un camping 4 étoiles mix, avec des sanitaires dégueulasse, 2 fois par jour, pas de papier toilette alors quand général bcp le fournisse, le matin toilette condamné pour cause de nettoyage sauf que le matin c'est le rush, donc on fait la queue pour faire le pipi du matin, rien pour posé ses affaires exemple : le rouleau de papier de toilette, téléphone.. , les douches même combat seulement 1 patère, la falliance blanche est jaune pas envie de s'y frotter.
Ensuite, le café du matin se faire servir à la supérette dans un gobelet, manque le plaisir de se poser au bar de lire son journal. Du coup beaucoup d'attente.
Le bar restaurant ouvre à 17h00, ce que je comprends car bçp de mobil-home donc la plupart reste à leur domicile, je pense qu'à l'avenir le restaurant fermera ses portes définitivement, peu de personnes le soir. Les animations pas folles, même si les animateurs se donnent du mal.
Mais à côté de ça le cadre est tellement beau que nous reviendrons.

Mobil home sale, après signalement à l'accueil, ce n'est pas leur faute, mais celle du locataire précédent !!! Gonflé !
Pas de wifi, 4G à peine capable (pas de data!), pas de télé (soit disant en option) et c'est ma faute, Jr n'avais qu'à choisir l'option -jamais vue- sur leur site de réservation...
Accueil limite désagréable si on réclame quoi que ce soit!
Par contre, personnel d'entretien sympa et belle piscine.

Il campeggio bello che conoscevo si è trasformato in villaggio di case prefabbricate in affitto. Sembra un po’ un paese di terremotati. Ognuno vive chiuso nella sua casetta, non si chiacchiera e non si fa più amicizia con nessuno. L’area tende e furgoni è minuscola è molto lontana dall’entrata. Peccato, hanno rovinato un bel posto solo per dare soldi.

REALLY BAD experience this Year. I stayed at Camping Les Oyats in the SUmmer 2022 with my family and it was great. The Camping has everything you need to have a good time with your kids. We liked so much that we booked right away for 2023. We paid to reserve a specific House. Meanwhile another Company (Siblu) bought the Camping and the problems started. First they couldn’t find the pre-reservation and I ended paying again extra to have the House that I wanted. When we arrived we needed to clean the floor because it was really dirty. On the day before our departure I went to the reception and I was told that we could leave, and after that a Team would check the House to see if it was cleaned. We cleaned the House and it was a lot cleaner than what we found on arrival. We cleaned really everything. We have stayed there the year before and lots of other times we spent holidays with Airbnb and we always did the cleaning and there was never a problem. One week after we left, 150€ were charged from my Credit Card because the House was not properly cleaned. I called the Camping and they said they couldn’t do anything. I needed to complain with Siblu. The only way to do this is via Email. I wrote them 3 times and never received an answer. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Be really careful if you decide to spend your next holidays there. It is such a cool location but with SIBLU in charge you should really think twice before booking.

Very sad whats happening there. It used to be a very nice campsite. Now the company "Siblu" is changing the place. Almost all the pitches are now mobile homes.

The staff doesn't have a clue about what they are doing. pitches where overbooked 2-3 times and they are not really interested in helping people.
