Très belle expérience avec L'Evidence. L'établissement a accueilli notre mariage et tout était parfait ! Je recommande !

Voor de tweede keer op reis als tussenstop geboekt. Niet ver van payage, leuk terras, prima eten, vriendelijke mensen. De kamers zijn niet groot, maar compleet ingericht en schoon: uitstekend geschikt voor dit doel. Bij een volgende reis komen we weer!
When we arrived they said the kitchen opens earliest in an hour (one our later than our reservation!). Then we were guided immediately to the Brasserie and it turned out that the restaurant is not even open that day!
The menu in the brasserie was unexciting and average. The Iberico-pork was well grilled but it came with a fairly tasteless sauce, dark fries and it was very oversalted in general. Besides a sad looking piece of parsley no vegetables on the side at all.
Overall a very disappointing and overpriced meal, that left both me and my partner with upset tummies for the rest of the evening.
