HÔTEL MERCURE

I’m not quite sure how this hotel is a 4 star, it’s barely a 2!|The only redeemable feature of the hotel are the staff, who are very friendly & the food in the restaurant was nice.|The hotel is very, very tired and clearly needs updating, when you walk into reception the walls & skirting boards are missing paint, the lift area is the same, all of the communal areas look grubby.||We had been driving for 8 hours so just wanted to go to sleep, we should really have left but we were so tired we decided to get our heads down and stay.||The bedroom was awful. the carpets were dirty & when I moved the sheets to get into bed there were black hairs! I took a towel from the bathroom to lay on & sprayed the room with fly spray as there were flies everywhere. The room smelled musty and the walls & skirting boards were again missing paint and marked everywhere. The bathroom window was gross, needs ripping out! There was a large gap under the sink area & plumbing is visible & toilet flush was broken on one button.|We couldn’t wait to leave.

Tour de la chambre, la poussière n’a pas été faite correctement (tête de lit, autour du service à café. Signalement fait à la réception qui m’a de suite affirmé de du passage du nettoyage le lendemain.
Le lendemain : toujours autant de poussière.

Réservation de la suite premium avec climatisation. Hors Clim HS alors qu’il y a 28 et 30 degrés.

Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour car personne nous informe ou s’excuse du désagrément.

Très déçus

Bien dommage pour cet hotel.

Très mauvaise expérience au spa de l’hôtel. Pose d’ongles bâclée : plusieurs ongles cassés, et maintenant j’ai une infection sur deux doigts, mes ongles sont devenus verts ! Hygiène clairement à revoir. Très déçue.

Really nice hotel. Location is amazing, very close to downtown. Service is really good, specially Aurore, she is amazing.

Aurore nous accueille d'un manière efficace, très professionnelle et très conviviale, rendant notre séjour des plus agréable. Nous repasserons en cas de retour à Épinal.
