Been at the cave the second time after 2017. Very good wines with a very distinctive but pleasant flavour. An aside: my cellar in Frankfurt is damp and cold. I had assumed that the wine I bought in 2017 had tipped in the meantime. Today, after returning home, I compared the wine I bought in 2017 with the still fresh impressions from yesterday's tasting. It's still completely fine. And to be honest: the 2015 Maddalena vintage is now 9 years old. For a wine in the price range up to 20 euros, 9 years of ageing is phenomenal. (Incidentally, the same also applies to the Pinot Noir Les Clou vintage 2016. Two hours of decanting show that it is still excellent.)

Ein sehr eindrucksvoller Besuch.Dabei gilt unsere Führung sowie der anschließenden Weinverkostung als stets positiv zu bewerten.
Der Wein war sehr lecker u es gab viele unterschiedliche Sorten u Herrstellungsverfahren.Die Führung war für meinen Geschmack ein klein bisschen zu lang, allerdings hatte die Verkostung eine sehr angemessen Länge.Auch das Gebäude und der Weinkeller waren von vorzüglicher Gestalt. Bei der Weinverkostung wäre es angebracht gewesen in rohen Mengen auszuschenken und nicht solch kleine Mengen des zugegeben vorzüglichen Rebsaftes.
