As a family, we've just returned from an amazing week. We were spread between adjacent lodges, so we were able to enjoy lots of family time. The accommodation was clean, bright and adaptable to sharing meals etc. However, it needs mentioning that there's no oven in the kitchen. We overcame this by hiring electric grills to bbq on at a very reasonable cost.
The pool, restaurant and other facilities were very popular and could become crowded during busy times. BUT, with very easy access to the beach, there's plenty of space to explore.
Nearby facilities include a brilliant ropes course at Biscarrosse, providing challenges suitable for 6 to 14 year olds: adults too. There's also go-karting available in the area. A highlight of our visit was the Dune du Pilat, but I would recommend you go on a cool day as it is very exposed to the sun and onshore breezes.
Local supermarkets are open on Sunday mornings until 14.00hrs. The market in Parentis, on Thursday mornings, is great and well worth a visit.
Above all, enjoy your visit.

Ich war gemeinsam mit meinem Mann, meiner erwachsenen Tochter und unserem Hund (gegen Aufpreis) dort – und wir alle haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angenehm übersichtlich. Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön und sorgt für eine ruhige, erholsame Atmosphäre.
Die Anlage bietet tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein – unter anderem einen Volleyballplatz, Tretboote und einen wunderschönen, feinen Sandstrand direkt am See. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die beiden Pools: den gepflegten Außenpool und den überdachten, beheizten Pool – ideal bei jedem Wetter.
Auch das Restaurant hat überzeugt – mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlicher Bedienung.
Wir hatten eine rundum erholsame Zeit und können einen Aufenthalt dort wärmstens empfehlen.
