Nous avons fait une visite avec John et ensuite avec Claire .
Ce fut des visites très intéressantes et nous avons fait ensuite une dégustation avec des armagnacs de grande qualité avec du chocolat noir et au lait du pruneau et du réglisse

The Domaine d'Esperance is an armagnac vinyard where the celebrated Gascogne 'eau de vie' is made in the traditional way: no added ingredients, just the fermented and distilled juice of grapes grown on the property with plenty of care and savoir-faire.
Every Thursday in August at 10AM and 4PM there is a guided visit to the 'chai' by the countess herself. The way armagnac is distilled and refined is explained, followed by a 'degustation' of 4 very good armagnacs of different ages. This is excellent value. Thoroughly recommended.

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire du lieu. Nous apprécierons différemment l'armagnac après cette visite riche en échanges et en apprentissage.
