The only reason I didn't give them a perfect score is on value. The room prices could be a TINY bit lower. But I can certainly understand it simply based on the enchanting location.
One final note, their wi-fi isn't amazing. I will not deduct any points for this though, since the whole point of this place is to disconnect and enjoy nature.

Restaurant qui mérite le déplacement et son étoile au guide Michelin, les plats sont d'excellente qualité et les accords vins - mets fonctionnent parfaitement
Les sommeliers sont de très bon conseil
L'accueil, tant à l'hôtel qu'au restaurant est excellent. Le personnel, quel qu'il soit est souriant, aimable et disponible
