如果说有什么肉类专家的话，这里就是了。主厨是肉类美食的收藏家，他提供的菜单以牛肉和猪肉为主。经典、舒适的菜肴：炖牛肉、鞑靼牛肉、汉堡、排骨......招牌菜：在陆地上至少熟成 6 周的牛肉。餐厅与著名的 Polmard 肉店合作。在 L'Étal，所有菜肴都是自制的，并使用当地特产。L'Étal 注重美食和幽默！烧烤餐厅的座右铭是："新鲜、本地、美味"！

War am Abend dort. Vorspeise warmer Brie, Hauptgang Flap Angus Beef Special auf Empfehlung der Chefin…alles Ausgezeichnet!! So gutes Fleisch und so perfekt gebraten ist leider viel zu selten. Service toll. Jederzeit wieder. Reservierung empfohlen.

A really lovely restaurant that lives up to its name. It's slightly out from the centre but was busy when we went so probably best to book (which we had). An interesting menu and some great specials on the board. We will return!

Très bon restaurant. Une cuisine goûteuse et simple mais pas simpliste. Les produits sont mis en valeur sans artifices inutiles. Très belle expérience. L'endroit idéal pour les amateurs de bonne viande. De plus, le cadre est plutôt agréable et le service impeccable.
A l'occasion d'un prochain passage à Verdun, nous reviendrons.
