The daily menu, though simple, impresses with well-balanced flavors and carefully selected ingredients. The galettes are generously filled and full of taste, especially the "Été" galette, which perfectly blends organic ingredients like fresh tomatoes and smoked bacon.
One of La Capsule’s greatest strengths is its dedication to using locally sourced products. A great example is the sorbets from Ô Maribelle, a Lorraine-based company specializing in organic ice cream. This commitment to short supply chains enhances the authenticity of the restaurant and guarantees fresh, seasonal dishes.
For practical details, La Capsule is open from Tuesday to Saturday, serving both lunch and dinner. However, there are a couple of downsides: pets are not allowed inside, which might be inconvenient for some guests, and due to the restaurant’s popularity, it’s highly recommended to book in advance.

Accueil et service agréable, plats simples mais très bons, vin et bières locales, le cadre est assez agréable. La salle est cependant petite, peu de couverts, je pense qu'il vaut mieux réserver pour être certain de pouvoir avoir une table.
Tables assez espacées, personnel fort sympathique, prix corrects et bien sûr, très très bonne cuisine avec suffisamment de choix en galettes et crêpes. Bref : nickel !
